David Kennedy
Join us and famous local chef David Kennedy for a delicious dining experience. David is passionate about reinventing and modernising classic dishes using seasonal, locally-sourced, and foraged ingredients, as well as experimenting with vegetarian and vegan recipes to be able to cater for all customers.

Damien Bloom
As the executive chef at Seaham Hall Damien oversees all the food and beverage outlets, he focuses on regional and very seasonal small plates, using traditional and modern cooking methods, he utilise's the grounds to use all the wild plants, herbs and berries that grow .

Jake Siddle
Having previously worked at house of tides for 9 years where Jake spent 5 years as head chef holding 1 Michelin star and 4 AA Rosettes. Jake, with wife Laura, opened there first venture in 2023 called Faru which is in the heart of Durham city centre. With a focus around flavour led food and seasonal ingredients, Faru has gained a place in the Michelin guide.
